Christ Lutheran Church's 2008 Summer Bible Camp

You want your children to aim high on their way through the world. We want to help!

That's why we're inviting them to Soaring High, Christ Lutheran Church's 2008 Summer Bible Camp. Let your kids hop in and join us for this exciting "balloon ride" through God's world and into his Word! Soaring High will be held at our new facility, located at 12570 Clarksville Pike in Clarksville (the west side of MD 108, just south of Guilford Road) from 9:30 am to 12:00 pm, Monday through Friday, July 21-25. An added "treat" for your whole family will be a picnic after closing on the last day.

The camp is for children entering kindergarten through eighth grade, regardless of their religious background or knowledge - in other words, they don't have to already know anything about Jesus - or hot air balloons! - in order to learn and have fun! It's also free - all a child needs to bring is his or her imagination, a readiness to learn, and a sense of fun!

Through Bible stories, songs, skits, and crafts, Soaring High will help children think about "higher things" and show them what their greatest treasure is as they learn of God's power and love for them. Special to this Summer Bible Camp are five special destinations that the children will "visit" on their "balloon ride" through the world.
