God our Heavenly Father sent His Son Jesus Christ to live, walk and die on this earth
and then rise again, so we could be at home with Him forever. He calls all believers
"a people belonging to God"
(1 Peter 2:9) -
in other words, we're God's family.
We really enjoy each other's company at Christ Lutheran! It's great to be a part of a
loving family, to be safe and secure, to know you belong no matter what. Chances are,
we've either experienced that actual home life with our parents here on earth or we've
experienced the opposite of a loving home, making its absence even more noticeable.
That's why the concept of "church family" is important to us.
Meet some of our members, people pretty much like you, we'd guess. As you catch our stories,
